The de-restriction of the Postal Vote system is perhaps one of the recent changes that has made most impact on the workload of Electoral Registration Departments throughout the United Kingdom. The increase in the number of Postal Voters has resulted in the majority of councils no longer producing these mailings in-house.
Our latest investment package includes a high speed envelope printer which is capable of personalising up to 30,000 envelopes per hour. This machine was installed prior to the 2006 Local Elections and was such a success that we personalised all the main run envelopes two weeks ahead of schedule. |
We currently offer Postal Vote Envelopes and a Postal Vote Mailer. The D.O.I. can be supplied separately or incorporated into the Mailer. We can supply personalised envelopes collated or separate for your own collation.

Our existing customer base has shown such interest in our service that our Postal Vote capacity was taken up months before any impending elections. The result is that every year we turned down more orders than we actually accepted. We acknowledge that there is an undercapacity in the marketplace and to service this demand we have recently invested in high speed envelope personalisation and finishing equipment.
